Acceptance of Terms and License Grant
Creating an account or hitting “play” means you accept everything in these terms. We’re giving you a personal ticket to use the site and BC Game app just for fun – no selling access, no business use, no handing your login to a buddy. Play fair and everything stays open. Break the rules and we can pull the plug anytime.
Your Acceptance
We update the rules from time to time (date’s always at the top), and by continuing to play after that date, you accept the new version too. No need to click “I agree” every day – your continued use says it all. That’s how online contracts work, and it keeps everything fair and clear for everyone.
Every single time you do any of the following, you’re basically signing the deal again:
- Create an account or finish registration
- Log in from any device or browser
- Top up your balance (even with the tiniest deposit)
- Place a bet, spin a slot, or open a live table
- Launch the BC Game app on your phone
- Claim a bonus, free spin, or cashback
- Chat with support or change account settings
- Even just scroll through the lobby while logged in
Limited License
You get a temporary, personal pass to enjoy the games. It’s not yours to keep forever, and we can take it back whenever we need to. No ownership of anything – graphics, code, or branding stays ours.
No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep things running, but stuff happens – lag, downtime, glitches. The site is “as is,” no guarantees. Limitation of Liability
We (and everyone who works with us) aren’t liable for indirect or random damages coming from:
- Using (or not being able to use) the site
- Someone hacking your account
- Third-party nonsense on the platform
- Bugs or service crashes
- Lost data or interrupted play
- Anything else outside our direct control
Your Responsibilities as a Player
You promise to:
- Only play where gambling is 100% legal for you
- Be at least 18 (or the legal age in your country)
- Keep your password secret and tell us instantly if someone else logs in
- Always give true, up-to-date info
- Gamble responsibly and use our tools if you need a break
- Accept that gambling carries financial risk and no wins are guaranteed
Prohibited Uses and Activities
Don’t even try any of this – instant ban material:
- Fraud, cheating, collusion, or using bots
- Money laundering or any illegal stuff
- Copying or ripping off our games, logos, or code
- Hacking, DDoS, or messing with the site
- Running multiple accounts
- Letting someone else use your account
Restricted Jurisdictions
Some countries are completely blocked (USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Iran, Syria, etc.). List can change anytime – if you’re there, you’re not allowed to play.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
We’re regulated, so we have to verify identities from time to time – especially on big moves. It’s not us being nosy; it’s the law (and our license) requiring us to know who’s playing and where the money’s coming from. Most players sail through without ever needing it, but when the amounts get serious or something looks off, we’ll ask for docs. Keeps the bad guys out and the platform legit for everyone.
When Verification is Required
We’ll ask when:

- You request a large cashout

Required Documents
Just standard stuff – photo ID, recent proof of address, and proof the wallet is yours. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Breach of Agreement and Termination
Break the big rules and we act fast: warning, bonus wipe, frozen funds, suspension, or permanent ban. Serious fraud gets reported to the authorities. We’ll hear your side, but our call is final.
Our Rights
We can suspend, limit, or shut down any account instantly – no prior heads-up – if we spot rule breaks, fraud, weird activity, or anything that puts the platform or other players at risk. This includes freezing balances, canceling bets, or wiping bonuses until we sort things out. In serious cases (proven cheating, money laundering, etc.), the account stays closed for good and funds can be confiscated. We’ll always look into it fairly, but the final call is ours. It’s rare, but when it happens it’s to keep the whole place safe and honest for everyone else.
Possible Actions
If things go seriously wrong, here’s what we can (and will) do – no sugarcoating:
- Instant ban – you’re locked out right away, no second login
- Canceled bonuses and winnings – every promo credit, free spin, or cashback gets wiped
- Voided bets – open or settled ones can be canceled if they smell like abuse
- Full balance confiscation – proven fraud means the money stays with us (and often goes to cover damages)
- Handing info to police or regulators – names, transactions, IP logs, everything they need for an investigation
We hate doing this stuff, but keeping the platform clean and fair for the 99% who play straight is non-negotiable. Play honest and you’ll never see this list in real life.
Your Right to Terminate
Want to walk away? No hard feelings – just drop a message to support and we’ll close your account for good. We’ll wrap everything up once active bonuses are gone, pending withdrawals are processed or canceled, open bets are settled, and any security or compliance checks are cleared. After that, your profile disappears, login stops working, and you’re free. Any remaining balance gets sent to your last verified wallet (minus fees if needed). Takes a couple of days max. If you ever change your mind later, you’ll have to start fresh with a new account. Simple, clean, and totally your call.
